Orient Rewards Club...




Orient Rewards merupan satu program yang direkacipta khusus untuk ahlibagi tujuan penginapan di hotel, menjamu selera d hotel dan restoran serta untuk tujuan riadah..Orient Rewards mempnyai 10,000 hotel d seluruh dunia..memastikan hanya yang terbaik untuk diberikan kepada ahli2 kami termasuklah penginapan hotel percuma, makanan ,spa dan banyak lagi servis-servis lain malah hingga 70% to 50% diskaun. huhuhuhu aku telah menjadi ahli..ntahla aku tak try lagi benefitnyer mmg banyak benefit tp sume mahal2 maaa elok untuk manager2 yg suka p outstation n mkn kat hotel2 jek..tp yg bestnyer bnyk gaklah free voucher tp part kesihatan and beuty jek..heheh aku dapat sliming package lg kat Marie France Bodyline..huhuhu tgk nnti aku kurus ka tak..macam2 voucher lah lg aku dapat huhuhu tgk mesti excited tp bila pkir2 blk berbaloikah anda membelanjakan RM 489 utk sume2 nie...uuhhhmmmmm...ada bnyak segment utuk voucher mcm2 ada..huhuh cam nie kesahnye...ianyer terjadi apabila aku memiliki kad kredit..hahahha adalah org orient rewards nie call aku..uuhmm dengaq dia pnyer citer amboi mcm kawan lama wat promosi pas tue mcm dia baca doa yg aku akan tertarik hati terus bersetuju dengan tawaran dia..huhuhu mmg best mana taknyer ada macam2..bunyi sume best2...bile dh dpt nie pon best gak le..cume kene curik masa skitle utk mengabiskan kesemua voucher2 tue..heheh ntah bile lah..tp tempoh utk habiskan dia bg setahun...siap ada suppliment card lagi ...aku bg ayah le kot2 dia nak pg bercuti..leh dpt diskaun...uuhhmmm nthle bg sesetengah org benda nie mcm satue kelebihan tp bg sesetengahnyer lagi benda nie mcm membazir duit..aku pon tataule..bak kata pepatah terlanjur perahu boleh berundur tak pon wat U-turn tp kalau dh terlanjur ckp nie..padan muka hehehhehehe uuhhmmm ok jom kita tgk apa keistimewaannyer....

ok la .. i dah jadi member 2 thn n semua hotel yg i duduk mmg best .. i dah p cameron stay kat equtorial penang stay kat flamingo by the beach cherating kat impiana resort langkawi kat bayview, jb kat Mutiara hotel .. mmg puas hati sbb i pakai yg voucher free tuh n senang nk buat reservation ... ni skrg ni nk try wat sliming n facial yg free jugak ...huhu ..

I pun dah penah jd member dulu..tp hotel2, dining suma mahal2 laa..i slalu pilih hotel/makan yg budget2 jer..i jd member setahun jer..tp sampai skarang..diorg asyk laa call suh i amik balik and bagi diorg peluang utk serve i..tp mahal laa..cuba zest card..hotel murah sket..check zest.com.my :-)

Saya join July 2011, tp sekarang bila nak guna free voucher utk Cyberview Lodge, kena pakai dua voucher plak.. dulu cakap satu.. Bila call agent dia cakap T&C dah ubah, sekarang hotel nak 2 voucher, takder b'fast plak tu. Bole plak suka² tukar terma & syarat. Kalau syarat² dah berubah, itu untuk member yang berikutnya lah kan, macam nak menipu jer dioarng ni. Kalau booking kat internet ada offer RM280 (rate biasa RM900) siap b'fast lagi utk 2 org. Sekarang ni kat internet boleh jumpa banyak offer² yang lebih bagus. Booking plak leceh, kena call orient rewards dulu, pas kena tunggu plak utk confirmation.

Dining pun tempatnya mahal² & berada di merata tempat (KL, Johor, Penang, Melaka, Borneo). Kena travel & spent beratus² dulu just utk makan baru dapat discount 30%-50%. Tak berbaloi sungguh sbb banyak lagi kat luar sana tu restoren yg serve makanan yg sedap² dgn harga yang berpatutan.. tak lah sampai beratus².

Voucher yang lain² tu pun bukan semuanya bole guna, ada tu macam tak perlu & bukan ada masa pun nak pergi & spent... Yg facial & slimming tu pun free utk 1 session jer.. bukan bole kurus pun kalau 1 session, itu pun macam jerat tu.. try dulu 1 session, itu pun kita tak tau session yang macam mana, pergi kat sana nanti pandai lah diorang nak masuk jarum utk suruh kita sign up utk full package. Diorang ni very convincing, memang dah kerja diorang.

Kesimpulannya janganlah bazirkan hampir RM500 dari wang anda untuk benda yang tak perlu ni, mealinkan anda tak kesah & ada banyak duit lebih & tak tau nak simpan mana. :-)

Hi,i joined orient reward membership last yr, i tried to call their customer service hotlines to make hotel reservation, KL branch no body answers my call continuously for 2 hrs, penang line totally cannot get thru, melaka 1 worst- number not in service, johor oso no 1 answers the calls!!!!!!! Then i called the marketing personel whom i subscribed from, she told me tht she's only the marketer, anythg pls check with their customer service..... Wht the hell of their services? Then i tried to logon to their website......there is no server of their webpage!!!!
Is this a scam company????? If not, what kind of services and attitudes they have?? They r not going to survive in this customer service oriented market!!!!!!
I will never continue my membership with orient rewards anymore!!!!!!!!!!

Orient Reward is declining since last year but this year the declined should stop. Because one of the Employee in Orient Reward ambil kesempatan dengan tipu customer. Time tu orient Reward tengah nak UP. Ni brother yang kerja kat orient reward pula ni dah la buat hal tipu, pastuh soh customer bayar 10 ribu pastuh dapat la voucher nak stay kat mana2 hotel for FREE.

Sebab Utama Orient Reward minta 2 voucher is because of case brother tu la. Orient Reward dah jadi strict. Drg stop terima booking dr customer sbb kena bayar semua customer yg kena tipu tu oleh si brother ini.

Brother yang menipu ni dah melarikan diri dgn beribu ribu duit customer. Lepas tu bukan setakat amek duit customer, siap bg voucher palsu lagi kat customer.

So itu la sebab Orient Reward dah mcm tak layan customer sgt ni. Tapi dengar cerita orient Reward dah abes dah bayar customer yg kena tipu tu. So insyallah this year dah ok kowt. Tak silap ada keluar kat travel magazine pasal orient reward ni. So dah ok la tu.

Saya pulak, sign up Orient Rewards di branch terengganu ie nama telemarketer dia Azam. Susahhhhhhnya nak contact utk nak buat reservation/query cos hp dia sentiasa switch-off. masa nak suruh i register, mulut manis bukan main mcm dah kenal lama..janji akan call i every month to update/remind i...promote mcm2 tp menghilang mcm tu aje lepas i jadi member. then, bila dah dekat nak expired, baru menjelma call i last month utk tolong jualkan voucher yg belum guna dgn syarat saya kena renew utk 1 tahun lg & dia beri lg janji manis mcm2...huhhh!!! sorrrryyyy i nak percaya lg, call tak pernah angkat, sms x pernah reply...i tak halalkan komisen yg dia dpt tu cos PENIPU kalau cara kerja dia hampeh mcm ni.... :(

Kawan i baru sebulan berhenti dari Orient Rewards Penang... Sana manager nama Alton yg suruh staff tipu customer. Member i ni warga tua dan tak boleh terima bila managerlagi mengalakkan staff dia menipu. Tipu macam mana ? Semua FREE ROOM ada bayaran extra pada hotel dan juga ke Orient (Surcharge).. Tapi jangan bagi tau members. Ada sekali bila dia nak sale yg banyak, dia announce pada staff, sesiapa yg joined dalam bulan June yg lalu, bilik FREE takde surcharge langsung. Apa lagi staff, cari la seberapa banyak yg boleh.. Lepas tu bila ramai yg terjun, dia kata pada staff, surcharge memang seperti biasa. Jangan risau, members ni tak akan ingat pun nanti... Dalam seminggu, ada lebih 100 sale, tapi cancel hampir 100 juga. Tapi, manager tak cancel punya. Bila member hantar package, dia campak saja dalam laci. Bila member datang office mengamuk nak cari manager, dia kata manager outstation.. sedangkan dia yg manager...

Tapi kita kena sebarkan lagi keburukan ni, sebelum lagi ramai yd kena tipu lagi....

Memang betul, i pun dah 2 tahun terjebak dgn oriental rewards nie thru terengganu branch ....last yr mmg x pkai sgt pun sbb susah nak cari masa free...lps tuh depa call i dgn janji manis lagi suh i continue then apa lg terjebak sekali lg ....haaaa sekarang nie bila time nak pakai call beribu2 kali tak angkat ...sumernyer tak angkat ...memang kurang ajar punyer company nieee ...sakit hati aku .....memang tak halalkan duit yang dia org dpt nie ......tak baik sungguh buat kijer cam nieee ...mmg tgh panas hati nie dah nak dekat 2 minggu try call tak dapat .......

I pun dah 2 tahun terjebak, but 1st year ok, boleh redeem kat Impiana KLCC for both complimentary vouchers. But this year, nk redeem nobody pick up the phone. Sakitnya jiwa kalau kena tipu mcm ni..... last wk ada pulak Orient Rewards Penang called using this no 01700818910 (peliknya no ni sbb bila call back x dpt masuk), apa lg nak suruh renew membership laaa... sorry la nak layan. I ckp i will utilize my old voucher by this mth. Sbb expiry Feb 2013. Tup tup bila call nk buat reservation, no one pick up the phone and bila deal direct with Holiday Inn Melaka, they said kena book through Orient Rewards,sah2 aku kena tipu ni... mcm mana la diaorang ni boleh menipu terang2 camni, nk report kat sapa pun x tau... alahaiiiiii hangus RM498....

I was cheated by Orient Rewards Club because they didn't make any payment to Furama Bukit Bintang for my stay from 14/12/12 till 15/12/12. The hotel demanded me to pay for the room. Furthermore, I had paid RM100 to Orient Rewards Club for my room upgrading. I had called the club several times to ask for compensation but receive no feedback at all. It is very hard to get in touch with them because nobody will answer the phone call most of the time.

yes i agree the comment for the above, i also meet the same problem, when they want you to join their member will say everything good and said no matter you can book 3 days before with even for weekend or school holiday easily..but i have try to book earlier some more 1 month plus already still cannot get the room, and said will call back but they wont do so, they only will ask you to renew your membership only because they want our money but with terrible bad service given.
Everyone please do not join them coz is a trick there they only will get your money but after sales service is too bad can say not trusted company
when received their call please ignore and don't fall into their cheated programme.
